I got a nasty call from Sonic Cash.net the other night claiming I owed them money from a loan from three years ago. Mind you I never took out a loan from them and even if I did owe them money why are they waiting 3 years!!! to call me now about the money. They said if I didn't give my credit card # in one hour they would call the police and have me arrested for theft of check. Whatever that means. I think this pure identity fraud. I asked for an address etc and they said no so I just have a fax number they gave me to fax over my credit card information. I faxed over a C&D letter.

hello, and happy friday. i just received a call from some woman and she stated that i have a bal on my loan (like i didn't know) and if i wanted to take care of it today. i told her i could not until next week maybe but was not sure how my $$ was going to look. then she went into stating that she will file for litigation. i told her that i have already filed a complaint with the bbb and state attorney general office and for her to not call me again and hung up. i need a sample of wage assignment revocation letter. and any advice on what else i need to do. thnk you robin

It is Labor Day weekend and the summer is winding down although where I live you would never know. I am getting out a little early today and putting on my shorts and flip flops, turning down the AC and cracking open a couple Rolling Rocks. My wife wants to go to the beach on Sunday hoping that Gustav will churn the water enough that it gives up some nice shells. I'm writing this after my boss told me that a, Francesca, from the law office of John P. Frye, called my job looking for me. Are they allowed to do that? Someone has called before and i said if he can call me on my cell because i didnt feel comfortable talking about this at my job.
