I took a loan from CTC (Now US Fast Cash) and another loan from Northway Credit showed up. I called US Fast Cash, they dont know what it is, my bank cant help me. No one can help me.. Anyone have any ideas??

I am lucky that i found this so early in my loans most of them i had only pd a couple of fees and it could have been sooo outragious!!

I have a question regarding unpaid tuition that I haven't seemed to be able to find the answer to just yet. I attended a Cal State school in Fall of 2004. I registered for classes for Spring, but i never attended. I never heard anything about it until a few months ago when a CA sent a letter to my moms house.
I see many of you posting that you've received a summons/been sued. So here's my question:
The people that are sueing you--was the summons the first time you had heard from them? I mean, your orginal account charges off, is sent to a collection agency/lawyer. Did the colleciton agency/lawyer contact your first to try to work something out or was the summons the first you heard from them? I hope this makes sense. Reny
I forgot to pay a hospital co-pay fee of $75 and five months later i got a phone call from IDM (interstate debt managers) and they said that i had accumulated interest of $3.10. They said they sent me a collection notice but i never received anything in the mail. I went home that night and i paid the full $78.10. I'm wondering if this situation hurt my credit at all. And if it does effect my credit, is there anything i can do since i never received the collection notice in the mail like dispute it or something? Thank you. (I'm only 18 and i am so scared about ruining my credit at a young age)
I got laid off in 2006 and hired a debt settlement company to help settle my debt. Out of 7 credit cards I only have 2 left to go and had to remove the debt settlement co. due to shady practices recently. This "Capital Management services" constantly hounds me and usually just leave a message that I need to call back immediately. Well, I owe them 2900.00 (1000 is interest) and call them and offered 30 percent and at first the woman was polite and then transferred me to her manager.
boy do they work fast :shock: I contacted bbb yesterday and today ameriloan contacted back!!
They stated that they will agree on $160 money gram due by sept 5. I have had 2 payments of $60 each plus a return fee of $30 for a total of $150 pd to them.
Any suggestions to what to do. should i just pay the $160 and be done?

does bank of America have a force open account after you closed it??? i closed my account due to the payday loan, i being paying every 2 weeks just the fees of 150 for 850 dollars. thanks guy
I have several payday loans. They are all in default. I have made arrangement with some of the companies and some decline the offers. What happens when loans go to a 3rd party collection agency? Can payday loans be reported to the credit bureau? I also searched the link to see if a company was licensed in IL and none of the companies were listed and one of the companies is in IL. These are all Internet Loans
