Hi, I am in desperate need of some help w/ pay day loans. I currently have 7 loans out and am almost 30 days late w/ our mortgage. Currently none of my loans are past due, but w/ next week arriving I cannot make a single payment. I have taken on these loans to help w/ last months mortgage payment, and bills, and now find myself in one big fix. Prior to last month I have had 2 loans that were consecutive. Listed below are the companies and payments.

Without getting into too much background...I had a pdl with CTC which is now part of my dmp. Before I officially started on my dmp, I sent a notarized revocation of wage assignment to CTC certified/return receipt. The company handling my dmp also sent these documents. After I mailed my revocation, I notified my payroll department that the wage assignment was voluntary and had been revoked and that CTC might still try to contact them. About a week after I sent the letter, I received the card back in the mail with an illegible signature indicating it had been received by someone.

From another site, with a link to sunlarkresearch dot com anyone ever try this sort of thing? I think it sounds interesting ... I've been talking to my boss about having 1/2 day off a week and this might just be the way to spend that time, plus my lunch hour that I rareky take! anyone know anything about it? i know they illegal in ny but how do i handle them am i only responsible to pay them what i borrowed and not the interest if lets say i borrowed 350 and payed them back 400 in just interest only do i still have to pay them back what i originally borrowed do i tell them its illegal in ny i am only paying u the prinicipal what should i do i need help i want to resolve this fast and is its illegal in ny can they really sue me

I got a call from Patrick Corbetts law office. Should I pay them?

Husband was served a summons by Capital One Bank on from a lawyer out of San Diego. Any advice? If we settle before 30 days will they really file a dismissal with the courts?

in new york state, does any of the correspondence from a debt collector have to be sent by registered or certified mail to prove they mailed it?? if the answer is NO, then they can produce fake documents all day long that they sent me mail on a particular date. then why can't i produce fake documents that i DID request debt validation??? can't i even get a old blank certified mail blank form and fill it out too?? has anyone ever done this??? isn't it their word against mine that i actually received a demand for payment in the regular mail??

I have been reading a lot of the info on this forum, but have not seen much in the way of help for people in Colorado. I was hoping to use a settlement company like Longhorn, but they told me that they can not touch Colorado payday loans. Is this true? I know my internet loans are probably illegal, but I have 10 store front loans and was hoping to help with these. Any suggestions? Christy

I have defaulted on an internet payday loan. Instant Cash Payday is the company. They say if I don't give them money today, they will garnish my wages today at 35 %. I am in Tennessee. Please tell me what to do..
