My buyer wants to move into my property and pay me rent until we close on our short sale. If the sale doesn't go through I will file chapter 13 and keep the house. Will the fact that I'm not living in the property be a problem if I have to file chapter 13?

Hello, I am yet another poor soul who got involved with the whole payday loan nightmare. I have followed a lot of the advice on this board and felt that I could get through this. However, Chase Manhattan was unwilling to place a freeze on my account. I have a total of five payday loans out. They are as follows: Paydaymax $700 paid more than $700 United Cash Loans $300 paid more than $300 NSL Cash Advance $300 paid more than $300 SJM Marketing $300 paid $0 Cardinal Management $300 paid $0 Because of the payday loans my account went into the negative.

united recovery systems has contacted me regarding an American Express bill I owe. I want to pay but they will not take checks. They only want a direct draw out of my checking account. I do not trust these people. I looked them up online and saw numerous complaints. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

I have been in a Civil suit for almost a year. I was building 2 houses in FL. and the customer wanted Change orders and or up grades and was un willing to pay for the differences. I stopped building, obtained a construction lien, unaware in FL the construction lien ran out in 1 year. They obtained an attorney, an suiting me in Civil court. I counter suited, etc. But, just recently filed Chapter 7 in GA. with them, their attorneys, etc. in the Bankruptcy. What can they do after the bankruptcty has been discharged? No judgement taken out, just the lawsuit.

i am posting labor day well wishes now, because after today i will be in PA visiting family from tomorrow til sept 4th.so while i will be on here and there today.i will be incomunicado till the 4th.you guys have a safe and happy holiday.a week early.

I know I've asked these questions before, however....For those of you that are doing debt settlement can you tell me how long your programs are? How far past due were you when you entered your program? How bad have the collection calls been? We are in a dmp, however the payments are killing us. I entered the DMP primarly to get help with the PDLs, however...most of them would not work with the plan and I've ended up paying them all, I make my last payment next Friday. So the credit cards are left. We have about $23,000 in credit cards and unsecured loans.

Who is NCO and what do they collect for...they left a message stating to contact them at 866-473-9021 regarding a business matter, no reference number or identification that they are calling for me just left a very matter of fact message collection is for a debt, etc... Help?

Who does this number belong to....she states her name is Lauren and gives a reference # to refer to when I return the call and I need to call her immediately to discuss the personal business matter. I believe I have everything paid off so I lost at why this call occurred. Help?
