I wanted to come and share my story. When I first found this site last year, I was up to my neck in illegal pdl mess!! I was then jaydanielle1, you can read up on my situations!!! Well I am happy to say that I am now almost totally out of all of them, when I started I had 11, now I am down to 1 and I know that I could have never done it without the help of this board, people like Goudah, Roxy, Cannr, and others were heaven sent, and I just want to say thank you soooooo much, I am forever grateful for all that you have done for me.. :D

Ok so I have read on here that Cash Transfers Center is illegal in the US. Well I tried telling the lady this on the phone and she says that they only go by the laws of Mila...they don't need to go by the laws of SD. So what is exactly do I need to send her to prove that they do not have a license in SD to lend money. I found the attached link from Dept of Banking in South Dakota, but I don't know if that is good enough. state.sd.us/drr2/reg/bank/licensees/moneylender.htm I originally borrowed $400 - and they want $508 plus $30 for a late fee. I closed my checking account.

Does it make a difference in helping to fix my credit score, if I pay off debts that have been offered to me as a settlement or should I pay the full amount originally owed?

How does this work if you have a court summons for debt settlement?

i borrowed $200.00 from a2bcash they charge me $74.00 every 2 weeks until i repay the loan. Now i find out it is illegal to do payday loans in the state of georgia. should i report them, and if so who do i report them to?

Has anyone ever heard of, or used this company? I'm just wondering if they are legit. Their website is creditkarma.com . It's supposed to be a free service that allows you to have access to your credit score from one of the three bureaus as often as you want. I found it through the Prosper website.
