I'm in Missouri it's 9:14 pm and i just got a call from 1-800-829-7750 i think it's RAB Regional Adjustment Bureau who do i contact to make a complaint about them calling after 9 pm they also left a voice mail which states the time and date along with my online call tracking. Help that is bulls^&*%

When is a cc payment considered 30 days late? Is it 30 days past the statement date or 30 days past the due date? I know it may fluctuate from creditor to creditor, but what is your experience? Also, if I am paying late fees on a cc acct that is one week late, is that still showing up on my credit report as 30 days late? If not, how is it appearing? Thanks for the info!

I live in Texas and I currently have 5 Payday loans. In store Loans Advance America - $900.00 Ace Cash Express - $1000.00 E-Z Loan - $600.00 Check-N-Go - $590.00 Internet Loan MyCashNow.com - $590.00 I am paying $1600.00 a month in finance charges. The cycle is killing me. I have to pay rent and utilities and put food on the table. I don't know what the do - I am so scared that next month I won't be able to make my rent. I tried calling a company that consolidates these into one payment, but they said they can only help me with the internet loan.

I am dealing with a really hard handed pdl company called Cash Transfer Centers. I am currently in this cycle of getting the loan, paying it off and having to reloan in order to pay other bills. I have currently been paying them approx $700/month in interest and have tried going through a debt consolidation program and they refuse to even discuss a payment plan. They are to the point of calling my family members and have even sent a notice to my payroll department - this is for a loan that was due on 8/7! What are my options here?

I just checked my credit report and apparently three of my four delinquent accounts are reporting as charged-off. Only one has been sent to a CA. Does anyone know what will happen to the "Charge-off" status once I settle the debt? Will "charge-off" disappear and be replaced with "settled"? Would it be considered outrageous to ask that the charge-off status be removed upon settlement? Would I have to ask for a full delete of the item? Has anyone ever had any success with this? I am talking about major creditors, like Citi. Thanks so much in advance.

my bank is blocking the illegal pdls company id number...will this stop them from playing with my account?

So I had a credit card in college that I never paid off. I've let it ride for three years now with a total of $3500 unpaid. I just got a copy of my credit report that states that a company by the name of Cach LLC has the debt. This is apparently the notorious Collect America outfit and their branches of lawyer hooligans scattered about. I have not received any formal correspondence from them, that I know of. I have been reading about what to do and it seems that I have a few options but I don't know what will work.

I am about $15,000 in debt. I am so stressed out because I can barely make minimum payments, and all the late fees have added up and they are now charging me over limit fees. thats an extra $70 a month thats adding up for three different credit cards. I am barely getting by. My wife just got her hours cut in half at work and all the bills just keep adding up and the balance doesn't go down a bit. I am trying to save and pay as much as I can on all credit cards but it's not enough.
