I just today sent Impact Cash USA letters revoking everything and curiousity is killing the cat! I went onto impactcashusa.com and checked my account. It says everything is in process or pending. What do you think that means? I'm probably jumping the gun on this and I should just be a little more patient! After this one, only one more to go and I'll be FREE again!

This is my story... I've always been looking for an easy way to make money, but I found out that it's not that easy. There is aways something wrong with a get quick cash scheme. I never bought into any of the scemes taht I came into contact with, but I did end up getting into one. It was a very good program, but it took a dump as the housing industry started taking a dump. It worked like a Multi Level Marketing Co.(The Mili Grp.) but every body got paid differently not just the person above you got paid. Every body got a share of all the commisions.

I live in ohio and have 6 outstanding loans all with internet companies. I have closed my checking account and send out letters by fax revoking any wage assignement i may have signed to all but east side lenders ( i mailed them a letter today). I've moved and the only pdl who has my current address is mte financial. I'm afraid of being garnished. I could lose my job.

i have 5 payday loans all internet loans. They are paydayone, original amount 650- have already paid more than original loan amt, unitedcash, 300 not due till the end of the month-$90.00,cashnetusa, $400 original with a refinance fee of $100 which i did 4 times, Think cash $250 original amt pymts of 44.94 every two week already paid 3 payments. and Zip19.com $400 479.96 due in full in 2 weeks i live in pa. i have also spoke with someone from oak view law group, if you can tell me anything on them it would be helpful.

I have several Pay Day loans and am unable to pay them I just go an estention but I know I will not have the money when the extentions are due. What are my options? I was given a bad check last year for some work I did as an independent contractor. It is for over $800, the account is closed, the company is out of business. Does anyone know if I have any recourse anywhere? I live in Missouri and the business / bank account are in Georgia.

I have defaulted on them and am in the "limbo period". I had closed out my bank account, and opened a new one at a whole different bank. Well, now I am leary because my Imagine credit card comes right out of my account. I would like to set up the ACH payment on my new account, but not sure.. As a matter of fact, I pay ALL my bills online. Is it still ok to do that or will it make my new account somehow fall into the hands of the pdl's? thanks! Laura

i have 6 storefront pdl 484 check smart, 484 express payroll, 272 vrs, 644 cashland, 460 first american, 460 check into cash. I have to have surgery in sept and will not be getting paid time off. this stress has caused major health issues and totally took over my whole life. I have stopped pay on 5 of these checks and just talked to check into cash and explained the situation and asked if they would work on payments, she said they couldnt but she would check with dm to see if they would be able to brig papers to hospital for me to sign and then reborrow when that time comes.
