I sent an email to the following email address 8/5 and I've not heard anything back from them. Just out of curiousity, I went to the zip19.com website to check my balance to see if they maybe had marked it as paid and just not contacted me via email that they had done so. After I entered my log in information, it gave me the message that I didn't have access to this site. Any ideas what this means?

I am currently dealing with Care One Credit for my debt consolidation. I have been with them since 2002. I just added two more cards to my monthly payment. I am wondering if I can change to a new company. THIS IS NO REFLECTION on Care One. They have been great. My problem is that every month for the entire year I am continually running overdraft on my checking account. I have tried getting a part time job with no luck thanks to the putrid job market here in Los Angeles. I basically need to get my payment down for my debt consolidation.

So my work received a call from a place calling themselves United Legal Processing Division with a phone number of 310-775-9069. They told me they were from a legal department and a payday loan company is trying to collect the principal amount of a loan owed. They said they could not tell me which company is trying to collect just that they are calling for Midland Marketing & SJM. No the people I spoke with have VERY heavy middle eastern asscents and wanted my debit or credit card to process a payment and they refused to give me a physical address.

Does anyone know where i can get a definitive list of the agencies that hold any old debt accounts so i can contact and settle as needed, thx.

I recently had a question about getting help with my payday loans. I got replys that indicated more information was needed. Well here it is. All my loans are over the internet and they are as follows: B.I.G. 200 US Fast Cash 300 Cash Direct Express 300 ameriloan 250 The amounts listed above are for the original amount of the loan. I have just been able to pay the extension fees which are approximaely 90 each every two weeks.

Mann Bracken has sent letters to my father for collection on an AT&T account. My father is 92 with dementia. I have POA. The account is for someone with apparently the same name but who lives in Colorado Springs, CO. My father has lived in Montrose, CO for 85 years and has never had a wirless phone nor would he have ever signed for one. The address of the person whose account is up for collection is unknown to anyone in our family. They sent a letter requesting my father's social security number, driver's license, etc.

stonecrest financial. paydayonline turned me over to them and they actually sent a debt validation letter. does that mean paydayonline is actually legal. the letter just looked like a generic letter i am not sure what they are suppose to look like

Can someone please direct me to the "How to deal with Asset Acceptance" thread? I filed an answer to the suit stating the debt in past the SOL. Called them to ask what they are going to do and the rep said the file will stay open and they are still waiting for documents. (I have been waiting since June). There are no documents. Is there a time limit on this? I have been told they can drag this into court. Should I attempt to file a demurer? I am doing this on my own, I don't have money for an attorney. How can I make this go away?

I received a phone call from this company last night. I guess this is the actual company that is collecting from MTE. He said it was 1st. Integral, which is not the name they keep telling me. He said it's their law firm and that I could be taken to court.
