Can i be arrested for bank fraud if i got a payday and the payments were supposed to come out of my bank account but after 3 payments my account became overdrawn and i no longer could make payments?

I am in Kentucky and have the following pdl's.
Total Lending loan $250, $75 fee, paid $300
Ambassador loan $300, $90 fee, paid $645
Greenlight Funding loan $150, $45 fee, paid $135
I have stopped direct deposit of my paycheck but haven't done anything else. What else should I do?
Is it just me or is debt consolidation really not a help? Every company I have checked with, my payments will go up $200 per month. That is not very helpful to me. Any one have any companies to suggest.
i just received a call from CBS news in regards to internet payday lending. she obtained my information from the ohio attorney general.
i don't know if i should trust it or not...seems kinda bizarre.
she gave me her number. i plan on goooooooogling it to see if it is legit. i will update.

I am being sued by Worldwide Asset Purchasing. Their lawyer is Rory W. Clark. I have answered the summons/complaint.
I just want to know if anyone has an experience with this debt collection agency and their lawyer Rory Clark.
Are they likely to drop the suit now that I filed the answer or will they continue with the suit?

It is Frogpatch! I have not been able to log in since Friday. My old email is N/G becuse my company merged. I can't PM anyone and I do not want to post my new email on the site for obvious reasons. bme, Eme, or the cash spot and how i can get in touch with invicity. These companys are withdrawing money from my account every week and I dont recall taking htese loans. I have loand with united cash, one click, 500 fast cash and have sent them all letters revoking my approval but i cant seem to find the others.

i estimate over the last 3 months i have paid about 575 to one place in particular for a $250 loan. the loan keeps renewing and has never paid down. is it ok to send them a letter saying that i can not pay anymore and that they have made over a 100% profit so i refuse to give them anymore $. i live in FL
