WE WANT TO REOPEN OUR BANK ACCOUNT .WHAT IS OUR NEW APPROACH?

Ok, long story short, there is a negative credit remark from Imagine on my credit report. I disputed it and now they hit my credit report with a hard inquiry. Can they do that?? If not what steps can I take to have them removed??

If anyone out there has a PDL with Vince Enterprises or with Prestige Marketing, here is some information that might be helpful. I sent an email to the people below and a fax to 1-877-878-4700. Within 20 minutes of submitting the email I received an email from them stating that my loan had been forgiven and that I didn't owe anything else. They weren't very happy about it and started going into how they loaned me the money in good faith and how they couldn't control my finances.

So today I received my first collection call here at work from a collection company collecting for MTE. I prepared myself for this because I knew eventually this was going to start. The caller ID said 281-751-3113 (TEXAS NUMBER) and he told me his name was Jeremy Hill. He did not have an accent at all. He told me the name of the company was OJLAWAL.COM. I knew right then he was talking crap. The fax number he gave me was 713-777-2503 and the phone number he gave me was 877-777-2551. He gave me the whole talk about filing charges and all that crap that everybody else gets.

Is ameriloan legal in Iowa, they are threatening legal judgement on me. I have emailed in a c&d and asked for proof of lendability in Iowa, but they keep saying that they are legal. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help with my cash now. Are they legal in Texas? I took out a 1000 loan in July. I extended it in August and paid 399 and another 399 is due on August 29th. I do not want to default on my loan because I can't have them calling my work or home. I am wiling to pay it off but what are my legal options? Please help!

Okay so I have done much reading on here. Is it better to settle your CC debt yourself or have a company do it for you? I have about 18K in CC debt, some small some big. I am just wondering if it isn't good enough to just do this myself.

Okay I took out a loan with webpayday for $350 have paid back $681.25. I have sent a letter withdrawing ACH and all other things. I sent it by fax, email and snail mail. I was covering my bases. They continue to call me at work, even when I tell them not to call here and they say I owe 307.50. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THey also said thay they have not received it and they are going to take the whole amount out. NO luck the checking account overdrawn. The bank won't close it or but a blaock on it. Yes I did speak to a manager. I filed a compalint to FTC and BBB.

TOM321 had this thing pegged, and the truth of the matter is Laura Hess will not do 1 hour in jail, she may lose her law license but nothing a few million wouldn't cure.
