:? Does anyone know a legal debt consolidation that helps with credit cards and payday loans. I been looking but am still confused. The one I talked to in town wants me to do an one year agreement. My total debt is $3200 they want me to pay that plus $2500 on top of it to handle it. I know I owe on the legal payments not the overpayment on the loans but I thought if you went with a debt counselor they were to help cut down on credit card payments and work with your budget over 12 - 36 months. :? [size=3][/size] :?: I was reading about e-signatures online. Why can companies accept our signatures online as contracts but they cannot except them back in canceling an loan. If our e-signature is legal for them to take then should also be able to accept that as a legal signature also. For most people like me, we do not have printers to print out our contracts. MCYDSNB is showing up on my credit report. Thanks to reading everyones posts I now know it is Macy's. But I have never had a Department Store credit card. It says I opened the account in 1987 which is impossible because I was 13. It also says I have $66 balance and a $5 monthly payment. But no history of being late. Even though I have never paid anything. Does anyone know what I should do? Call the number and get it erased or just leave it and see if it continues to go down?

Need to know if PA laws apply for payday loans in PA

this may be a dumb question but I"m going to ask anyway. If I know I cannot make the full cc payment, should I send in something anyway just to appease the company? Would that make them more willing to work with me in a hardship case? Any thoughts, ideas?? thanks-

I was going to go in and talk with the Branch Manager as soon as possible seeing that the payday loans with begin to come out on Friday. Will a stop payment stop the store front loans or will they have the ability to continue to withdraw.

Im from nebraska, and i called the dept of finance; and they told me that epp is not allowed in nebraska at all. i have about 2500 in pdl at 6 stores, and they all are going to hit this friday....any ideas or suggestions? and ive read on here that nebraska does allow epps, so what do i say to the pdls to basically force them into giving it to me?
