Please help me someone. For some reason here in Florida all the laws have changed pertaining to payday loans. I have a 1,050.00 debt with Cashnet with 2 more extensions, but now they say that they will take all on August 8th because of some new law in effect since July 29. I begged them to give me two more weeks, but they said no and there is nothing I can do about it. Now the ACH will go through and can't pay my rent. What can I do, who can I see? I am suicidal. Can't sleep or eat or be at ease with this problem. I also have Cash America but they gave me more time. Please help me.

I received a quote from a debt consolidation place (they contact your creditors, supposedly stop late fees, lower interest) and sadly the monthly payment would be much more than we could afford. Should I try other places or are they basically going to say the same thing? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I want to notify all my creditors to only communicate with my attorney. I am absolutely broke, a senior, no asetts, only social security. How much work will mey attorney have to do in keeping the creditors away. Will he have to answer numerous letters from the same creditor thus having to charge me. What does my attorney put in his letter than tells the creditor they are wasting their time.

In debt to 12 credit card companies 5-15K each. Out of work senior. No assets. Can I expect to be taken to court ?

Ok, got a letter from an attorney near where I live saying that Citi Card was suing me, and that they could help. The thing is I never knew Citi Card was suing. Is there somewhere to check?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with them. They deposited $300.00 in my account and nto sure how or why...and I don't know how to pay them back and return the money?

So many people ask me about Second Chance checking. Yes there are some banks that do offer second chance checking. There are banks that offer second chance checking that will give accounts regardless of what the chexsystems report says. Then there are others that will offer second chance checking but there are exceptions. Example.. if the report reads " fraud" they will not. Some do not care what is reported as long as you do not owe the reporting bank(s) any money Yet others do not care if money is owed. So it really all depends on each bank.
