I know this may sound like a crazy question, but this company Goldstein Henderson & Weiss, Inc. scared me so bad with threats about 2 years ago I paid them 900 dollars for a credit debit they said that I owed. Please get everything in writing. They never sent me a validation of debt or anything. I honestely do not even know what credit card it was for or if that was even what I owed. I was so afraid of the threats they were making, I did not what else to do but pay. Please do not let them trick you into giving money.

Hi, I have posted here a few times about my dealings with Cash Call. Now I have a new question. In total I had 7 loans when I found this site. Ameriloan, United Cash Loans, 500 Fast Cash, Extrafunds, My Cash Now, Plain Green Loans and Cash Call. I sent letters to all of them saying I would pay the principal balance on my own dates and terms. Everyone emailed me back(except Cash Call and 500 FC). They all set up arrangements and were easy to deal with. Today I received a call from 500 FC.

I I ran into some issues some time back, I got divorced and I lost my job within 3 months of each other. I have 2 kids so it was a struggle. I too got into the PayDay Hell. I got to admit, it seems so enticing.. One store with Great Plains: I barrowed $500 on 8/26. I have paid them $800+ to date with 6 more payments they want me to make. Did I agree to the terms, sure. I have been paying on time the $100+ every 2 weeks on Friday like clockwork with NO issues. Something came up this week (an emergency issue) and I will not be able to make the amount this week.

When you send the Payday loan letter stating your state laws and that your revoking any wage assignments and ach withdrawls. Do they have to follow your request or will they still take money from your account? When I was in payday hell, my account honestly just got closed due to these companies trying to take funds that were not there. I was unable to close the account becaue it was negative 970.00 dollars.

Allied keep on and keeps on calling my house asking for my brother....I tell them that he does not live here and they continue to keep calling. They are very rude and very nosy. One guy had the nerve to tell me that I HAD TO give him my brothers phone number so they could call him otherwise they would not be able to stop calling my house. What can I do? Ive been polite, ive been rude, Ive done everything its like they dont care and there is nothing that I can do to stop them.

:confused:Hey, Community PDLR called me again. They contacted me back in august of 2012 and called again today 11/26/2012. They also called my job as well today. I had not heard from them since August. I filed at complaint on the ftc website in august and I filed one again today. The lady left voicemail, said her name was ms.mcarry and they have 25 percent wage assignment for me. I called and I did not give my name I asked a series of questions to get info to file on the ftc complaint.
