What do I need you to provide as the debt validation is as follows: 1. Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe. Did not get this 2. Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe. I got the contarct is this the same thing 3.Identify the original creditor.

Wherecan I find the form where I can fax to M1Y to have them stop ACH my account? Thanks

Hello, I apologize for posting in different places, but I thought maybe the best thing to do is make a new post. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone is willing to give. I want to make the necessary changes to make my life better and get out of the position I'm currently in. Here is what I have, I live in Indiana and have 3 pay day loans. Upfront Payday: (internet) Original amount $500. They originally offered me a $75 fee, and I paid that amount once, then they doubled the fee 2 weeks later to $150 and I paid that once as well.

I live in NJ, I needed money for rent awhile ago and I got a loan for $150 from them. That was the 13th of Jan., the last payment I made was 14th of Feb. of $45 (unsure of how much I paid them up to that point). Then a course of unrelated events happened, I had to close my bank account. But they could no longer take money out of my account. They now want to settle for $240. A couple of questions, What will be the best course of action?
