Hi there, New to the forums but have been reading a lot and learning... thanks for the great information! I have a collection agency looking to collect on an old account from Verizon. When I last moved I canceled my service, but for whatever reason, Verizon only canceled my phone service and not my DSL service. They charged me for 3 months when I did not live there and would not have even been able to use DSL since I did not have a phone account. I had dealt with Verizon on this then (2004), but apparently they never credited my account.

My wife and I have the following Payday loans total: Check N Go Online: 1250 Have not extended, blocked ach EZ Loans Store Front TX: 1200, have paid 1500 in interest (extensions) Cashnet USA: 1300, extended twice at 300 and blocked ACH EZ Loans Store Front TX: 350, not Due Yet Seeking to see what I can do about consolidating these, any thoughts. I am going to to tell EZ Loans that we can't afford to extend (its 350 every payperiod), and block ACH and try and make payments when I can.

Hi there.. For probably a month and 1/2 my checking account has been overdrawn due to pdl's. I finally stopped my direct deposit since my bills are all WAY past due. And Im trying to handle the pdl situation. My boyfriend is also on my account, but he has his own checking account. Will I be unable to open an account anywhere else because of my overdrafted account? It's in the red pretty bad... Or does it get reported to chexsystems after it's been closed and there's still a negative amount? If I had my name added to his account is there still a chexsystem verification?

Does anyone have a template of a letter that I can send the payday loan companies I owe stating that I will no longer pay them an additional penny since I have overpaid the loan back and they are illegal? Please post a template because I'm not sure how I should phrase the situation. Thank you
