Hi, Thanks in advance for the help! My husband and I had a few emergencies pop up all at once and ended up coming up short on bills. To save our pride we decided to take out a payday loan online. BIG mistake. We live in Washington State. Our first loan was through USfastcash for $550, we paid it in full and probably around $1800 all together (have to double check bank statements) Paying off that loan left us broke, they offered to loan again and like dummies we did it, another $550. So far we have paid around $1200 on that one and STIlL owe!

I was contacted today by my bank stating that LVNV garnished my checking account for almost 3500 dollars, Ive never heard of this company, never talked to anyone from this company, don't have an account or anything with this company, and I believe the so called debt has reached its SOL. I can't afford to have my money taken by them right now, I live under the poverty level and and they took my moony right before rent was due, I need my money back. I have children to feed and a roof needs to be kept over their heads. Please tell me What can I do?? How can I stop this and get that money back?

I am near the conclusion of my student load default rehabilitation with GC Services. They say it is time to find a bank to continue working with. . Numbers: Current amount due: $3,300 Monthly payment through rehabilitation: $60 / month . They sent me some paperwork to fill out and return which includes a form where I assent to collection costs of 18.5% of the loan, which is unfortunate but seems unavoidable.

I took a payday loan out with EZ Money Loan in Texas and made payments as well as when I lost my job let them know I closed my bank account. The fees they were charging me were continuously growing no matter how much I paid :( I was pregnant and ended up going in for emergency c-section and not able to go back to work. I contacted them and let them know I have paid more then the loan and could not do it any more.

I somehow have managed to get into way too much debt. I have two payday loan checks, four short term loans, and one title loan. I cannot keep my normal bills caught up and pay all these payments every month. My car payment, electric, phone, cable, and rent are all behind because of them.I try to work overtime but I can't alway get approval to do so at work. I recently tried to get a loan from an internet debt consolidation company but they just wanted bigger and bigger down payments. Now I have to wait 30 days for my initial down payment to be refunded. The situation that has arised is I have PDL's due to come out of my account starting from tomorrow. I have already revoked my ACH authorization from them but they have not responded to the letters or e-mails or faxes. I put a NO DEBIT STATUS on my account today. Due to pending transactions in my account they cannot close my account today and tomorrow the PDL companies are going to try to debit my account. I was assured that with this NO DEBIT STATUS on my account nothing can be debited.

I was contacted last week by CCR because I have an old payday loan I never paid. They said the same #$&* to me. Going to take me to court, convict me of fraud/writing bad check, garnish my wages, take my taxes. But they wouldnt allow me to mail in a payment and wouldnt provide any proof that they purchased the debt from the company I owed. Everybody told me not to pay so I didnt. Well yesterday I get a call from a different company RAS, saying that they own the debt and I need to pay them. So I have two companies trying to collect on the same debt and both call each other a liar.
