What is the SOL in Oklahoma for old credit card accounts?

I just got this email from 3bpaydayloans. Thank you for contacting 3 B Pay Day Loans for your financial needs, we appreciate your inquiry. Dear ######, I am pleased to inform you that you will be refunded a total amount of $471.25 on 05/09/08. This payment will give you a $0.00 balance with our company. If you wish to reapply for another loan, please wait three (3) full business days after your funds have been deducted to reapply.

how do i do it?

I have a question about debt consolidation. I know that all your credit cards are included in it but can vehicle payments also be included? Has anyone ever had a vehicle payment included with the credit cards so they had 1 payment monthly to make? Thanks in advance for all the help, Johnita

If I send a letter by fax will the ca honor it...while I can send one by certified mail ???

I have a past due account with HSBC. It has been turned over to united recovery systems. At first, they offered a settlement, but at the time, I could not afford it. I then just made a small payment to them every month until now. I called and asked to settle, they told me HSBC is not offering a settlement as this time.

If I send a letter by fax to the ca will it be valid at least while I can get it out by mail.

There have been some interesting threads relating to banks being sued that have been deleted from the forum? What gives?

I have not made the positive strides the rest of you who joined the same time I did have made. I wish I could say that I am further along but I keep having one set back after another. As I mentioned earlier, my husband is finally back to work full time. I am thinking about getting an extra job during the week for two days. I get called off so much during the summer that it hurts. I have been lurking and reading though! You all are getting Kudos from me.

Hi all hope someone can help me with this one. If your bank has charged off and closed your account WAMU due to overdraft fees from PDLs. Will they still accept your direct deposit from the IRS? I called the bank and she said no they can not accept deposits or withdrawls. I just wanted to check with you guys to see what you think. Thanks alot for your input.
