Has anyone heard of JA Cambece Law Office in Massachusetts, P.C. ther are representing CACH. My son is in route to Iraq and I was given power of attorney. when I called them get a better understanding of what was going on and what could be done I was told payment in full was expected. The first peson I talked to was very nice and was trying to help someway but she had to turn it over to her supervisor who did not want to hear anything all she kept saying was 1778 dollars was due and was I going to send it in because I had power of attorney.

OK, I have to ask. Is anyone going to see Speed Racer this Friday? I used to like the cartoon in my younger days, and from what I've seen of the movie it really looks "visually" interesting. Of course, couldn't expect anything less from the Wachowski brothers. I just hope the visuals aren't there to cover up everything else that sucks. Still, they haven't let me down so far. I have four payday loans. One with Cash Today, one with one click cash, fast cash and the other I can't remember. They all want their money and want it now. It's been since 05 since i took these stupid loans. I feel so stupid .. and alone... i've been told not to pay them at all and report them. I've told them to send it all to collections but they won't. what do I do. I live in Connecticut and need help now. Before I heard about this site I only did a stop payment on the check I wrote to the PDL. I defaulted 2 weeks ago in hopes to set up a payment plan to pay off the principle. Well the PDL sent their transaction thru the second time via ACH and got money from my account. I tried to dispute this with my bank and they said they don't dispute ACH transactions by PDL companies because I probably signed a contract giving them authorization. But even when I explained I am now revoking their authorization they tell me it's too late.

Ok, just started recieving phone calls and emails this week from Impact Cash USA. They state that I still owe them money. I have paid back $975 on a past loan of $300 and current of $350 loan. I have emailed my letter to them stating that they are illegal to lend in my state (TX) and here is what I recieved today: We are in compliance with the federal laws and regulations regarding online payday loans. We are willing however, to settle this account with you at $350.00 which is the amount that was loaned to you.

Does anyone know anything about these two companies? Can not get a physical address, original documents, or anything else.

Guys, I have been in and out due to my training for about the past month. I've been here regularly for the past week, and I keep seeing cryptic references to attacks by members and backstabbing and general discontent. I haven't seen any of this, can anyone give me a summary? This really upsets me, especially if this junk is going to be playing a part in the loss of members. Last summer some standards were put in place for proper conduct on this board. If I remember correctly people who were personally attacking others would be given written reprimands..Whatever happened to that?

Are ameriloan and United Cash Loans the same company? When I look at the bbb they have the same address. Also Which address is theirs. The one in NV or the one in OK. it looks like the ones in NV have over 100 complaints but the one in OK do not have any rating. Does this just mean they moved their address? Please let me know as soon as possible so I can send my letters. Does anyone have emails for these two?

Do you think that including that we would be contacting the ach processor for the company in the cease and desist letter (refund letters for me) would cause problems. I just don't want them to call the Ach and say that they will be getting calls and then the Ach's not helping us. Please let me know what you think I want to send new ones out today!
