calling me? I paid my Walmart Card off in February! I have my Statment which said after I paid it off Account Balance $0. Now collections calles me and say I owe still 63$ and ask me if and how I wanne pay this! I send them the Statement and a letter to stop bothering me! They call in 5 min intervalls every day even sundays when I maybe could still sleep for a change! What should I do I know I owed them but this is over with. I still have other people calling me but this is not so much anymore since I started working with American credit foundation.

OK, I've heard all the stories about how they harrass and threaten people, co-workers, bosses, relatives, etc. They are offshore and totally illegal. They give out no address, refuse to take payments by mail or wire, no paydowns/partial pays. They have a call center in the UK/London but seem to be based in India. This has all been well established in countless stories in this forum and on the internet. My question is to the people who dealt with them and are now free of them/got rid of them, what did you do? Or are you EVER REALLY FREE FROM THEM once they have your information?

:D So far, I have had 5 accounts deleted from my credit report. I only have 3 more that need to go. I disputed LVNV funding with Trans Union back in January and they supposedly verified it. I disputed it again today. I disputed another company and they have about 13 days left to respond. I had another debt collector on my report and I forgot I disputed it and when I called today, she said it is off my credit report. on 3/6/08 it was there but around 4/10/08 it was removed, it was also removed from Experian!!!!!

had good credit was scammed out ofover $5,000,in march 18,08.started feb15,08.suppose to be making money mystrey shopper..then by 3/18/08 everything started bouncing..had to take out a loan to cover cost..some funds returned,charged $30.00bounced checks..wanting to find address of the 3 credit report companies to send material,etc...no one police,bbb,fbi want to corect this,put them in jail..at 100,5days of doing this.they are making better money than,drug dealers,hookers

Well, first of all I contacted Cashnet USA today and they were very easy to work with on getting the EPP, I don't even have to start making payments until 5/9, which helps a great deal. Second here in OHIO our Att. General has been holding hearings for a few months on PDLs.

I don't know if this is the right place for this but I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. God heard my prayers and led me here and you are saving my life. I have been so wrought with fear and sadness, so upset over my own stupidity. I thought I was alone but I see now that I am not. I hope to be a voice for others to hear. Don't do these loans.
