Hi. Thanks for so much for all the info on this site. I am a bit confused, though. I live in Kansas and have several pdl's. I am current on all of them, but drowning. I have installment loans with Plain Green Loans and Great Plains lending. Are these illegal in Kansas? I read that if they are, I am only responsible for principal? If I could get the interest stopped, I could pay off quicker. I also have Cashnet Usa, SpeedyCash, Mobiloans, but I think these are all legal. Any help would be appreciated. S

Hi I sent a letter via email to cash call looking for a refund of over 2500.00. Does anyone know how long it takes them to respond? It has only been 3 days. Thanks, Heather

Hi, I have been trying to sign up to the forum but am having trouble. Anyway I sent PGL a letter and here it is Dear Plain Green Loans, It has come to my attention that payday loans are prohibited in my state of Massachusetts. Therefore, the loan contract that I have with you, according to my state???s laws, is not enforceable. Although I am not required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of the loan. To date, I have received 1400.00 on 9/5/2012.

i have a question in reviewing my western sky aka cash call loan i received a loan for1500.00. i only received 1000.00 because they charged me a 500.00 fee . should the principal amount be only 1000.00 then? i have been doing alot of reading on your forum and see 75.00 charge have you ever heard of this? i really appreciate all your help and i have learned alot from the forum. thanks. is it better to deal with these people on the phone or email? cashcall is blowing my phone up but never responded to my email.

Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract for 400.00 I have with you is not valid. I am revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed.

I am getting ready to call checkngo to try to get an EPP. I am in Ohio and this was an internet loan. It was also an installment loan. I am perfectly willing to pay the balance I owe. I was the idiot that got myself into this and I am responsible. My question is about the installment loan part. Is EPP even an option with those? I am just curious as to what I will be met with when I call. I just can't afford the huge payment anymore.

Hello, I am new here and new to PDL's, however I am in desperate need of about $400 to get my life back on track. I have received a "pre approval" letter from mobiloan and was considering trying them out. On the site it shows a payment calculator and what my payments would be, yet I am skeptical. Does anyone have any experience with Mobiloans? I live in Mass and not sure what the laws are, but i do know that most PDL companies are illegal. My only real concern would be Mobiloans taking too much from account or screwing up my bank account in general.
