Help! I am in desperate need of about $400 and just received a "pre approval" letter from Mobiloans. I know that obtaining any PDL is taking a risk, but I was wondering if anyone has used Mobiloans and NOT had trouble? They show a payment calculator on the website indicating what my payments would be but is there a catch? I have already screwed up my account at my last bank and dont want to go through having to closing and opening a new one.

Hello it seems there was a miscalculation on the part of you. I sent out my letters to the lender saying they were illegal and that my bill is gone. Essentially I said I am refusing to pay my bill. The lender kindly said that your experts are wrong and that I had to pay the bill. He even offered me a reduced bill. I balked at the offer. I used the extra money to pay for items my deadbeat former self wanted. Crack, hashish, and video consoles. This was the life. Things change, however. The sheriff called me up and told me I owed a bill. I told the sheriff he was wrong.
