Then says shes calling about bad checks filed in my name in my county. and that if I dont respond i will be served a summons. She closes saying this is Tina Powers and you have been notified. i was making payments on a payday loan that went to collections, i was paying 50 a month and some times twice a month. some payments didnt go threw cuz they would run them before i put the money in the back. anyway a was bullied to pay the whole 700 i owed left they would settle for 500, i was scared and set up payment then i called left message that i didnt have the money i can only pay what i was already paying. anyway yhey called me today saying i had no time i need to pay today or else they would go after my husband.
