I've tried the online credit disputes and not geting anywhere.This one collection agency has spiked all 3 of my bureaus after I told them through online disputes that it was bought by and paid in full by another collection agency. They responeded back to the bureaus that it was "dispute resolved"consumer dissagrees. I'm at witts end trying to fix mistakes and what looks like intentional missleading remarks and dates on my files. My score went down 60pnts over night...after I started disputing. I've paid off all my debts expt one so far.But after I tryed to clen up errors and get that double

and their nuts are going to be the main course.... OK, for those who haven't been following, NES has been calling my house since the first of the month.

anyone have any experience with this company? tried to access their website yesterday and there is no sign of it. still nothing today. just curious if anyone has a loan with this place.

I was asked by the pastor of my church to borrow $500 form a payday advance place. he promised that he would pay it back the next month. I did it because i trusted him to keep his promise. well, he didn't and I didn't have the money to. It has been a long time and I'm scared i may end up going to jail or something over this what can i do if there is anything.

SOL on credit cards is 5 years in KY. So if the last payment you made was in December 2002, would the SOL be up by now? A collection agency (Arrow Financial :evil: ) has this debt and is reporting it from 2005. I want to send a DV to them because the card had been paid, but I don't want to start the SOL up again and then risk getting sued. I don't have any proof of payment to the original creditor, as I did not have a checking account then and would have had to have paid by MO. Should I request my info from the OC?

If anyone has received a refund or a PIF from the above companies you can expect to get billed again! I just got a "settlement offer" for a 611.00 amount that they will "settle" for 311.00. This is six months after they sent a refund for 360.00 on the same account. I called and told them I had a notarized settlement agreement from August and the woman looked in the account and said to please disregard the letter. I seems the computer did not know the facts and sent notices to all "charged off" accounts.

I have been going through superior debt for 2 cards. one bank of America and another capitol one. The capital one has been calling my work for the last couple months and I have been dodging the calls. nonetheless I talked to them today mainly to tell them not to call my job but the lady said I had to pay today or my account would charge out (i think is what she said). I asked her what that meant and she said it will show up as a r25 or something on my credit report which is the same as having a car repossessed or filing chapter 7.

route 66 James Anderson called me at work today. After I was told they would NOT call me here again....he ended up talking to my supervisor and told him NOT to call her. He proceeded to call 52 TIMES in 30 minutes! What can I do? other than pull my hair out!?

This goes to all the debt collectors that come on this helpful website and bash good people and tell the biggest lie. Do you know me? Do I know you? How many kids mouths do you have to feed? Do you like jail? First thing is you don't know me and I don't know you or even want to know about you. I have 2 mouths to feed on top of mine. I have never been to jail but I heard it is not pretty. But then again if you like to drop the soap every now and then, then you would like it. This website is hear for people that need help.
