How do I make them stop?

Keep harassing me at work. How can I make them stop?

I have a credit card that was charged off by a bank, then was sold to a CA. That collection agency then sold it to a different agency. My credit report shows 3, THREE! separate collections for the same credit card. Is this legal? IF a collector sells that debt, do they have to remove their claim to it on my credit report? Hi all -I've filed FTC and BBB complaints against Cash2Day4U and their corresponding dbas. After my conversation with one their agents this morning, where I informed him I had notified the FTC of their harassment, the calls have suddenly stopped. (I'm not that naive...I am sure they just took a smoke break or something ;-) Anyway, did Polly or anyone ever find a working email address for Heathmill or any of the key stakeholders in the UK? I want to email my demand for refund of overpayment again, and cc the FTC and BBB again. Thanks in advance!

I also have lvnv funding llc on my credit report but mine doesn't have a address or phone number. Who can I can to figure out what it is about?

I want to sue my bank for unfair practices in charging me thousands of dollars in overdrafts and finance charges over the past 5 years. I have been charged $35.00 for 2.00 item. Then there is a snowball effect. I started adding them up and it is ridiculous how much money they have made off of me. I am on disability and can barely make it. I even had insurance on my account when I was off work and they charged me. Also had credit card and they didn't have it linked until I noticed and complained but they never corrected those charges either.

just received notification that I am being sued by Arrow Financial, Attorney for Plantiff from Mann Bracken. Double dose of bottom feeders. Anyway, rather than giving me a court appearance, it states "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney.

Hi guys, I just discovered this community the past couple days and am not sure where to post this, so sorry if it in the wrong spot. I have 22,000 dollars in creditcard/loans/auto debt, and not sure how to conquer this. I can't help but feel really optimistic in that we can pay it off ourselves w/o settlement. We get extra jobs and more sources of income. We are 21 years old, I just graduated college and my husband is still finishing his undergraduate degree. We are both intending to go through grad school.

I posted this in the debt consolidation forum, but I think now that this forum might be better. Basically, I got served with a summons tonight for a court date in late February. The debt is an old credit card debt that was purchased by Calvary Investments. The SOL would have expired at the beginning of February, so they just missed it. The court documents say I made a payment in February of 2003. As I wasn't working then, I don't see how I could have made a payment, but I suppose it's possible. Would there be any hope to calling the CA now and trying to work out a payment plan?
