Is there a difference between debt consolidations and debt recovery? How do I find a reputable company? I've talked to one but there fees were so high!

I have quite a few payday loans 3 internet loans usa cash services for 687.50 ameriloan for 390.00 one click cash for 390.00. I also have store front loans ez loan services for 700.00 check city for about 800.00 cash store for 280.00 check into cash for 305.00 I have apid down some on check city and cash store they were about 1200.00 for check city and 600.00 for cash store. i also have one for mountain loan centers. for 550.00 they want me to pay 100.00 every other week for 13 monthes to pay interest.

I have been dealing with these people and i orginally took out a pdl for $200.00 for the Loan Shop. Well i closed my account before any amounts were withdrawn. I sent them the letter that I got off her well today they emailed me and told me it must be a template blah blah blah. Well, i sent it back again and they said they would settle for the $200.00 that I owe, but basically said because i contacted the better business burea i guess i was at fault. I intend to pay these jerks, although i don't want to so my question is do I have to pay it all at once or can i make payments on it?

Hello, Last Saturday I sent an email and certified letter to payday to stop debiting my accounts and to refund me my overpayment to them. I then closed all of my bank accounts. The next day, I noticed that my account was marked past due, even though it wasn't. Then on monday, I noticed that I am not able to log in to their website anymore. I told them that I want to receive a response from them by December 13, 2007, and I haven't heard anything yet. Can anyone give me any follow letters to send to them to show them I'm not playing?

I have a red light on my report, I called the collection agency all they said is that I owe them money, nothing else (what its for or anything of detials), So I called the company Sprint who said it was not them probably a comapny they sold now called Embark, so I called them and they have no history of me, no files on me of any sort. So I called back the collection agency and told them that comapny has no files on me or record of me. They told me it does not matter what I was told, I owe them over 600 and they want to get paid blah blah blah.

I' m in deep and I tried to get a deferred payment plan from my payday loan company and they told me they have to send my check to the bank before setting up a deferred payment plan. If they do that they will clean my account out and I'll have no money to live on for two weeks because there are three check involved. Are they telling me the truth?
