If you send cash call you total payoff, is that it? I mean will the entire amount go to the principle? As long as its your "payoff" amount?

I am on this sight looking to help my boyfriend who has accumulated 8-10,000 dollars in past due medical bills from numerous doctors and hospitals. He is currently a full time college student so there is no way he can pay this all back right now. What is the best first step for him to take in order to avoid his credit being ruined forever?!?!

My good friends from Cash2day4u. I got a call the other day at work and answered with my usual greeting of "Good Afternoon", xxxxxxx xxxxx (my name). A very familiar accented person asked to speak to me (by name) and I told them they had the wrong number and hung up. Of course they redialed so I picked up the receiver and disconnected the call. Then I took my phone off the hook for 10 minutes. I can't believe these bozos are calling after all this time. I paid them $770 dollars on a $225 loan. They can't honestly believe they are going to see another dime can they????

debt collector is trying to collect i debt i do not owe says i owe $275 for a checking account i neaver opened what can i do? wamu clames i owe them $275 i did not set up a checking account with them. after i told them this debt is not mine and do not contact me again i never heard nothing else about it any more. who knows what happened i send them a c&D letter to stop all contact with me. I also sent them a letter this debt is not mine and i do not pay debts that are not mine. i never in my life owed any bank a cent.

When it comes to debt consolidation. Why is it always credit card debt. I have debt, but not credit card debt, can I consolidate debt that has been sent to a collection angency?

Does anyone know of the online companies of Ashland Enterprises and Ogden Enterprises now Vince Enterprises? I took out a pdl at both places for 200 paying 60 every two weeks. From what I'm seeing they can only charge me 30 every two weeks which leads me to believe they are not legal in Kentucky. How do I find this out? I stopped payment on them and have started getting harrasment calls from one of them from a United Processing something or another. Thanks

I have an auto loan and other debts I would like to consolidate and also need a cash loan, is this possible?

I wanted to let you all know how the "bench trial" went! I had court on Friday morning, and before I went to the judge, I talked to the attorney representing the CA (arrow financial). He noticed that I had sent a good faith request for debt validation since we are in "discovery" and I told him that I would ask the judge for a continuance because the plaintiff had not responded yet. I had also answered the complaint in early Nov, and used the lack of proof of the debt and the expired SOL as my defenses.

In the past three days, I have written two checks to a store and both times they were denied. They first time I called. I was given the explenation that I have no negative check writing history but my check was denied due to any of several reasons, check number, number of checks written, or another reason not specified to telecheck..The lady I spoke to said I needed to have the denial overturned or I would not be able to write checks for up to six days....So I had her overturn the decision.
