I finally got a response from the Loan Shop Online, and she said my account was PIF on 11/8/07. I had also requested a refund of an over payment of $500 and she agreed to meet me half way with a $250 refund, so I accepted it! I figured having her offer to refund anything was a plus and the main thing was getting the PIF from them. :D

I have not made my Nov payment to Cash Call, and I am getting tons of calls. If I continue to not pay does anyone the time line of what steps they will take?

Can anyone help me! I got a call yesterday from this very rude man at this company. Stating that I have committed fraud and he was going to sue me. And wanted my Human Resource number. Also stating that if he was in state he would be breaking down my door. I think his name was Mr. Foster and when I called back to speak to his manager I was told that he was the manager. And this lady (I am using that term to be nice) her name was Linda had the same attitude as him.

I got a phone call this morning informing me that a very dear family member has passed away. This is my husbands second cousin, but with the age difference between us she was like a mother to me and a grandmother to my daughter (since my mom passed away in 2001) This lady had gone through so much but yet gave so much to others. Yes she was ill, but this took us all by suprise. My daughter is crushed once again, so the prayers needed are for her. My daughter would stay there on the weekends when we were up at the cabin and she had to work. She grew very close to this lady and so did I.

500 Fast Cash just responded to the BBB that my account was closed with a zero balance back in August after they received a complaint from the state of Florida. This is the same company that refused to take my emails anymore. Hey I printed the BBB letter and put it in my filing cabinet. That is the best I am going to get out of them. That just leaves me dealing with Loan Point and BIG.

I have about 5 pdls out there all on line. I am sick of whatching my hard earned paycheck dissapear overnight. what happens after I close my bank account? How soon and how aggressive will these places be. I live in Florida but there seems to be no law covering online pdls. I am in desparation modePlease help if someone can.

Hello, This is embarrassing but I need help! It all started when my car broke down... now I have 6 storefront PDL in CA. PDL have been with me for about 2 years now. Every 2 weeks I have to renew my loan since i have other payments to make as well. Is there any options out there? I would like to only make one payment. My credit is terrible so i can not apply for a credit card or loan. I need to know how to reach a good company that will consolidate pdls. I have several. If you know how they work or what their fees are that would also be appreciated. -Mara
