This is the e-mail Ireceived from the BBB on Impact cash and I thought I would share I am thinking I will write off the overpayment of 97.00 and take this and run. As much as I'd like my refund. I would like them to stop calling me more!!! Any input...I am not good at picking my battles sometimes.

I have several PDL's and after finding this site on Friday, I sent several letters and already I have 3 that have marked my account PIF. Magnum Cash Advance,PayDayOk and PayDayOne. I would like help with ezpaydaycash Loan was for 350 - paid 175 they now say I still owe $455. I live in OK. I also have one that I don't remember getting and the only thing on my account says Chieftan FND Inc. I can't seem to find their number or website.

I took a look at my credit report checking out the mess that hsbc and lvnv are making. First of all, all the numbers are different. hsbc charged off one amount, then lvnv added about 50 bucks to that amount. But on the summons that I received (see separate thread) they are requesting the orginal charged off amount from HSBC and the summons claims that this amount included attorney's fees. Now the "recent balance" lvnv is claiming is the orginal charged off amount plus 50 bucks. Why are they so sloppy?

OK...as some of you may know...I had my last 4 ipdls in a debt management program. I left them there because I either still owed on the principle or they refused to my demands. I put 4 in there and handled the other 6 on my own. I am now ready to get rid of these. The next two I have to work on are: Zip Cash borrowed $200. have now paid $300. Ameriloan: borrowed $200. have now paid $360. Now I know they are illegal and all that...I am looking for how they react and what should be my first move. I had sent C&D letters back in June and then made arrangements with them through my dmp.

I got the Paper work back from FL AG, and it states to provide copies and all paperwork,checks and such from them. SO here is my question-- What if I have nothing but telephone calls from them? I have not recieved one piece of paper or anything from either of the 2 payday loans they say I owe, nothing from either in email form. Only harassing phone calls at work. I dont even know what or who I owe right now to anyone at this point with all the dba's and aka anymore.

Help! Like most on here, I am in the payday loan trap. I cannot afford to pay these folks anymore....plus the daily bills, etc. I feel really ashamed for letting myself get into this crisis, but I need to be responsible and get myself straight. I am at a crossroads as to what to do. My bank account is overdrawn and I don't want to go to jail for fraud for not paying the pdls...and having NSF fees. I have a LOT of pdls (13 at this point...both online and storefront)...and I don't know what to do.

I have a question...I was thinking this was embarrassing but then again....I filed bankruptcy 4 years ago and did not learn my lesson...and then got involved with the ipdl mess. I am working through that successfully and also have my CC and medical bills in a dmp.(4 months now). I'm not do for a new free credit report till after the first of the year but recently pulled the last free one I had (Experian). It shows all my debt severely past due and in collections even though they have been recieving payments as agreed to for 4 months now.

:?: :?: :?: :?: :?: Ok, a company may take a unpaid account and charge it off as bad debt, which allows them to include that ammount at the end of the year with their tax filings. They then in turn are granted that ammount as part of a tax refund/credit. Any business owner with at least half a brain probably knows this, and I'm sure some of you know this as well. So here is the question, if a business files a bad debt as a loss, gaining the tax credit at the end of the year, are they still allowed to attempt to collect?

hello, i have a loan with 500 fast cash, united cash loans, and ez loans. Well 500 and united have been really harassing me calling my job every day and so on ater i told them not to. i asked them could they email me a copy of all the payments i have made with them since i had the loan and they told me that they are a paperless company and they dont send out letters or emails. that sounds kind of strange to me!!
