it's me Bikergirl..... From reading all these posts, it seems like we have all made some really stupid mistakes. I have read the way people have felt due to these loans and I myself have felt the same. Some of us including myself have wanted to commit suicide (makes me wonder how many people have actually done this due to these), marital problems, etc.... It sure is nice that we have found this site and there is hope for us!!! Thank you debt consolidation Care for putting this on the net.... You have saved lives and relationships!!!

I have an account with Credit One Bank, I paid my account up todate today. I also received a call from one of the men in their collection center. I told him that I had paid and to stop calling me and hung up the phone. He called back 2 minutes later and asked why I hung up on him. I again told him that I paid and to stop calling and hung up. He called BACK! and said he would keep calling.....Well he did 20 times in 10 minutes, each time hanging up when I answered. I called C1bank and complained to 2 different supervisors and I also filled out an online copmlaint with the FTC.

Seems like it doesn't rain but it pours. I can't go into great detail here, but I need some prayer & good thoughts sent my way for a situation that has suddenly come up in my life. It's not financial, but more of a personal nature, and it's something that is going to make my life pretty difficult until my kids are old enough to be out on their own. It's not likely to change, either. Please just keep us in mind and say a prayer for us when you get a chance, for my peace of mind and that my kids will understand things in the future. Sorry for the vague post.

Ok many of these CA's have offices all over the place. LVNV for example, in my credit report they are listed in South Carolina, but when I looked them up to see if they are bonded in my state it lists the office in Las Vegas Nevada. So.....does each entity have to be bonded/licensed or does one license cover all entities? Hmm I could call the secretary of state and ask them...but I like talking here. :lol:

How do you explain to your children why you never have money, why you have to screen phone calls, why is mom and dad so stressed? My children think everyone is the bad guy and we are innocent victims of evil people that want to get paid. I am tired of trying to pretend that this is all bad luck. But, you don't want your children to think their parents are schmucks for not keeping ahead of bills, so I blame the boss, the bank, the cable company, the mortgage lender, etc. Is this not a bad thing for children to learn to make excuses?

I too have dealt with Bass and Assoc. , They are now calling themselves Eand E marketing . I have been receiving threatening phone calls demanding I send money or I will go to Jail. They had me crying my ass off and I sent them $655.00 . My feance looked them up online and found out all this info. I was given a case number and threatened again. The first man that called , the one I paid , his name is Frank Miller, The second man that called his name was william . These too are from E and E . I have also recieved calls from a David and a Kelly from Bass and Assoc. .
