Hello community, i am new and am looking for some answers and advice on how to move beyond the payday loan hell. My husband and I have between us about 14 loans outstanding between us. We live in Ohio and we just cant handle them anymore. The walls are closing in on us and it's really bad. The acct is overdrawn and we really can't bring it to a positive balance. I put an ach freeze on it to prevent addt'l nsf fees, but I'm not sure how to move forward. I'm scared, nervous and worried now all the time and to think all this started out with just one loan!!

Is getting your house foreclosed on like getting your car repoed? Once they resell it they come after you for the balanced owed?

Last time I got an email from Christina K..... now it is Heidi P. I wonder if Heidi P. is higher up the food chain that Christina P. ?? I don't mean to make light of this situation, but the part about my email address is not listed with them as "BAD" is a joke. I'm going to wait and see what I find out from the state of Florida. *sigh* Because of a PDL and a bunch of stupid hits to my bank account which put it in the hole by $1000, two checks bounced. Besides the checks bouncing several electronic payments for utilities bounced as well and put me into a huge mess. I have been working with the utility companies on payment arrangements and even the bank set me up with a payment plan for the $1000, spreading me extremely thin but doable. Except these two collection agencies that have the checks. They are being buttheads.

I found this site while searching for resources to help get my family out of debt. I have used payday loans on and off for years and just recently, everything hit the fan and I can't move forward.
