Payday loan harassment in TX. Please Help!

I had 2 payday loans from Liberty Group LLC and GTI Holdings. Are these legal in TX? A company saying their name is Metro bought these and is harassing me and my extended family. They have called my dad, my father in law, my husbands aunt and a random employee at my company. The messages say they are pressing charges against me and need to locate me. I called and they have my work location and home address. They said they have a locator that is searching for me and calling everyone and they can't stop it unless I pay them.

When I first went to court I was to make 25 dollars a month and was informed by the attorney that I could make payments on line or check or phone. I want to make payments on line and was told I could not since I had a cease and desist order against them, ( I did not). I wrote to the courts and the answer came back Defendant shall make payments any way she can. I had been paying on line for the past year and have had no problems. Now I am again told that I can not pay on line and they are letting me pay 25.00 per month.

I need some good advice. I will try to make a long story short. My parents lost everything ten years ago, three years ago they couldn???t afford the electrical bill and asked for my help. I remortgaged my house and funded them to start another business. The deal was when I helped them work out of their debt we would be partners. (I know bad choice, was more trying to help them then myself). Things fell apart and I walked away from the situation. They started amassing large debt and hiding huge losses from me.

I got a call from a Kimberly Hart from 1-855-236-0369 so I called the person back. She told me my case was flagged and could not give me information. She said there were 2 cases against me-with BIG SKY CASH, one for not paying the loan and the other for a bad check ie wire fraud. I tried to inform her that not paying a loan is not a criminal case.I asked for there email address or fax number and she would not give it to me. She told me I could tell the judge because in 2 days I will be getting served and go to jail.

Hi, I need help and advice figuring out what to do in regards to a company called Blue King. I sent the following email to Blue King: Dear Blue King Loans, It has come to my attention that payday loans are prohibited in my state. Therefore, the loan contract that I have with you, according to my state's laws, is not enforceable. Although I am not required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of the loan.

I just got a call from Vista B regarding a loan that i took out with them. I plan to repay it, but the are making some very annoying and harrasing phone calls. This morning as soon as I got to work, a Misty called me and she even somehow got another co-worker and my co-worker transferred her to me. Fortunately, I don't think she said what the nature of her call was. I asked her not to call my work number again and she told me, " at this time that is not an option"!

Hi, I paid this loan up in full and because it was a Saturday and there system updates on Monday, it went into another month -- so they are claiming - even though fee of $180 and the amount of $600 was paid in full I accurred another fee of $180. Gotta laugh at that one, not only did they get the full amount of the loan and the $180 they are still "hounding" me for an additioanl $180 fee. What a ripoff business. Some settlements they would like to get half but no, they got the full amount of the loan and the fee. This is way back in Feb. and they call my cell every day even on SUNDAY.
