ok I wasn't on line for a few days, and now the home page is back to the original one....or am I in a time warp of some sort? what happened? Just curious

I'm 28 years old and I've got a huge amount of debt. I make $50K a year, but my debt has gotten so big it's beginning to be unbearable. I have 3 credit cards totalling $25K, a bank loan for $7K and a student loan for $8K. My car is paid off, but I'm going to have to get a new one soon, it's really old and falling apart. Where do I start?

When I looked up this # - it sent me to a list of CA's in Arizona, but I can't match it to which one. I want to send them a cease & desist letter, because they keep calling my business phone asking for someone that never even worked for me, nor do I even know this person or a name even close to it. I keep telling them this, and they guy last time said "yeah....right" when I told him. They are really ticking me off - and I have to answer the phone because I have customers that use 800 numbers, so I can't always tell if it's them or real business.

hello, f course im here becasue i am trapped in the paydayloan dilema. I have five payday loans all internet which i will list below. I also live in the in th state of nc. can someone please give me some advice on how i can pay these people without ending up homeless.

We can not pay our mortgage this month. Our mortgage is not extrememly high and to rent would be just as expensive if not more. We pay $1030 a month. When I checked the bank account this morning my husbands check was for $1000 even. We need diapers, gas and food. Everything else we can wait on. I don't understand how he can be making so much but bringing so little home. We do pay for health insurance (which we have to have) and taxes. We make too much to qualify for any help. Living paycheck to paycheck stinks! And not being able to make it some months really stinks!

Would like to share my good news with everyone today. Back in April I made the mistake of taking out two IPDL, one was ameriloan which I had actually applied for the other came from some place called EZLoansByNet, they deposited 300.00 into my account I had NEVER had any contact with these people and had gotten no agreement or even a username and password so I could log into their website to view anything.

I made a 6 month commitment to a case worker with zwiker and associates with 1000 down and 500 for 6 months. 2 days later I get a court order from there attorney I never spoke with with completly different terms. I never even spoke to this guy so I called my case worker up and she said to call him and let him know we have made payment arrangements. He tells me if I listen to her I am going to worsen litagation.l I have made 4000.00 payments in 6 months and now he has sent me a paper to sign saying I will continue payment of 500 per month till 2010l.

I am in Michigan and I have defaulted on 3 internet payday loans. I have overpaid them in interest and fees and I need to contact my Attorney General but I do not know to proceed with this. What do I say to them? What information do I need to provide? Please help

Heelo There I have been lurking here for about a month. I finally decided to join. I am located in Pa. I had 4 internet payday loans. Just wanted to let everyone know I have settled them with the advice I have gotten on this forum. I contacted my Attorney General and they were very helpful. My loans were with United Cash, Payday Ok , ameriloan,One Click Cash. THey have not bothered me anymore. My Attorney General sent letters to them telling them that payday loans are Prohibited in this state. I had overpaid all of them. Some more than others. So if you are in Pa.

Just wanted to say TGIF!!!! It has been a heck of a week but am so glad that today is Friday! Not that is has been the best Friday considering DHL still has our paychecks sitting in Ohio (they were suppose to be here yesterday). Home office had to stop payment on all the paper checks (most of us have Direct Deposit) and are issuing new ones, so the boss has headed to SC to pick them up! What a day, but at least the day is 1/2 over and tomorrow is Saturday. I hope that everyone has a great weekend!
