I live in Maine and took out a payday loan that I will be unable to pay...what do I do?

I took out a payday loan of 1000.oo dolloars from my cash now. I live in maine. More bad luch rolled my way and I am unable to pay the loan off. they will not take smaller payments and I am going to be forced not to pay them anything. What is going to happen to me??

I am currently in the United States Air Force so of course I have a guaranteed paycheck every 1st and 15th of the month. However I am struggling in between I have literally live from paycheck to paycheck and I still Overdraw each time. I am lucky my bank lets me go in the negative without any penalties because I rely on being able to go in the negative!!!! Please help me!!!!

Okay, I'm tired of all the squabbling, backbiting, and fighting. Enough is enough. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. Now, I've read a lot of posts where we should get the forum back to where it was. Here is my suggestion : Let's work together to make it better than ever :D When I first came here, people were really supportive of each other. Over the past few months, this seems to have evaporated. Yes, there have always been those who came on here to cause trouble. I would say the majority of the people here are seeking help and truly want help.

hi, its me again does any body know is AT&T internal collections will work with me to set up a payment plan on a phone bill that will be in default before the month is over; before they send it to an outside collection agency like Pallesides? thanks, james 5/2/07

I would like to know were my money is. I did not approve this to be taken from my account or sign for this. I want my money back and need to know how to get it. When i called the bank this is the place they told me to come to. Thanks need help.....

Why don't brokers have two pages for interest rates and another for the apr including the interest plus the additional costs?

Does LVNV sue past the sol? Why do they report on my credit report but have resurgent trying to collect this old debt they say is mine?
