I I have been using Cash Transfer Center for about a year with no problem. However, last week I requested a loan of $200. Next day checking status of loan I was shocked to discover $900 was to be put in to my account. I called CTC immediately to rectify situation to no avail. The person I spoke to said there was noting they could do. But if I talked to a supervisor they could be some options. No way. The supervisor was very rude and unwilling to do anything!!! Made it a point to stress I would be charged NSF if I didnt have the money in the bank.

I had set up a payment plan with Paycheck Today for $150 a month and not only did they take that they also debited my account for 3 additional amounts: $50, $45 and $30. Any suggestions on dealing with them to get my money back?

on my credit report as a company that looked at my credit report in 11/2005, which is right around the very first time i ever even heard of these people! They called my brother looking for me. Anyway, can anyone tell me why they would be looking at my credit report as a collection agency? And could this be where they got thier number of $9,400 to collect on? Cause that's the Chase card that's been taken off of my report since it was NOT accurate! Thanks in advance for any answers! Ang

So, today I officialy defaulted on my internet PDLs (I live in WI). I am working with T&C, closed my checking acct, and sent my letters. My question is are these PDL's going to keep contacting me and be rude?

I have a substantial amount of debt riding on my shoulders and it is really getting extremely hard for us (my wife and I). I have several credit/store cards that have a pretty high amount on them..but I also have some pretty high secured debts out there as well. Aside from my house, I have two car payments, a motorcycle payment, and a loan I took out for medical bills that was secured by various things I have at home (lawn mower, stereos, tv, etc...) I guess my question is surrounding the motorcycle for the moment. If I were to just allow the funding company to come and take back the motor

Last week I got a call from a Greg Patton from this company he said that I had committed check fraud the whole deal.....I told him send me something in writing and he never did. Today, I get a fax from this company with the amount of 572.50 he claims I owe for a loan with National Money Store. I know that IN does not allow rollovers. I dont know for sure how much I have paid but I know it rolled over SEVERAL times and they debited my account each payday. I dont know what to do. I looked up A S & Associates on the BBB and they have a satisfactory report. - 9 complaints against them.

This really must be the newest thing. I was watching a commercial for Cash Call that said get $1000-$5000 in your bank account by tommorrow. After the payday loan nightmare I am always looking at commercials offering fast cash with major skepticism. All you need is an active checking account of course. WHAT BULL ! The payment is $211.00 for 48 months. THAT'S over $10,000. :x I can't believe the way some of these companies try to suck people in.

Does anyone have information Inde Plus Visa? They ever so often deduct $14.95 from our account. We have no contact information for them, nor have we ever received a credit card from them. (Wouldn't want it even if we had received it.)
