I have a loan with cashcentral. I'm in Texas and I believe its through a CSO??? I have had several loans with them, pay it off, and reloan. The last one is for $1500. I made one payment of $370 on it already. The next payment is due soon and there will not be enough money for it to be taken out. I want to make payment arrangements on it, but I don't know if I can do that. I know they are legal, and I owe, but I can't make $370 every two weeks on it! Also will they honor it if I send an ACH revoke letter?? Anyone with experience with them? Please help!

I am in college and thought (mistakenly) that my Citibank student loan was in deferment. It wasn't. It defaulted to the guarantor, Arrowood Indemnity/Tuitiongard, under Sunrise Credit Services. They insist that it be paid in full (about $5000 that I don't have). I called Citibank and they said that there was no way they could reverse the claim because they can only do that once for the life of the loan, and they did it once in 2008 when I had been out of work for about a year. My dad cosigned for the original loan from Citibank, so Sunrise is calling/mailing him as well.

how do u actually get to talk to someone to try and find out date of service of the debt?

ok please help me here i may be posting this in the wrong section so i apologize. approx 2 weeks ago i was sent a 'bill'. it looked like a bill anyway for a store credit card that mcm had control over now. one you can only use at that particular store. i am not sure if i paid this off or not. but i do know that i paid the bill until they stopped coming in the mail and there was a 0 balance on the card statement. i havent moved in 10 years, so the credit card place still has the correct address. fast forward to 2 weeks ago and mcm sent me a bill.

If I'm a cosigner on a loan that I never signed any paperwork on, how can I legally be responsible? My ex says they did it electronically online. Isn't a signature required to be held responsible for a $10,000 student loan?

What do i do about payday loans that were takin out in 2006; i am positive i paid out, but they are now coming back and saying i have a balance. i do not have any records of payments from back then. One is saying i owe $510 from two electronic checks in 2011 to a bank account that has been closed since 2009. they say if i don't pay immediately, they will send me a summons and i will have court fees, etc. i asked for proof of who i owe to and they said it was BMG Financial Institution, but can't give me the name of the payday company.

I originally had student loans worth 25k, with a payment around $200/month. I started deferring the loan due to economic hardship. Then Sallie Mae purchased the loan and changed the payment to almost $380/month for 2 years, then 480/month for the balance of time. I obviously could'nt afford that payment either. So I defferred again as long as I could, and even used up most of the forbearances as well.. Well now several years later the loan is now 57k, and they want a 580/month payment. I should've been more responsible, and aggressive and handled it in the beginning but didn't.

How do I find out if online PDLs are legal in Texas? I have 8 that I am no longer able to keep paying on. What is my best plan of action to get this resolved?

I just recieved a call from this number 601-208-0025. I googled the number and the only thing I found on it was that it was a bogus bill collector, tricking you into thinking its someone local calling. They left message saying to call back at 1877XXXXX. That due to my lack of reponse they have recieved notice to take action. I have no idea what they talking about at all. Anybody ever gotten a call from this number. I cant find anything on it.:confused:

I have also been getting call. They won't say who they are. Finally after weeks some said "this is a personal matter" cannot dicuss with you. Finally found out that that are asking for some I do not know. Now my question is how did they connect the person that I do not know..scary
