Hello, Im Joey and I have a question on a loan that I got in 1999. After 8 years of no contact The loan company is sending me a letter that I missed the last payment of my loan. Since then I have filed Chapter 13 but didnt list this loan. To my understanding the loan was payed off. Can this loan company take action after 8 years?

As some of you know I have been like a lot of us going through a lot of stress Job gone soon money all the stuff we deal with and my hair started to fall out.. well I went to the Doctors and it is not stress it is Alopecia Areata. I am having a hard time dealing with this but I just wondered if anyone knew of anyone with Adult on set of this For those of you that are unaware of this it comes down to hair loss with no cure and it is not stress related.. the doctors are really not sure why. I just got a call regarding my complaint against UCL. The person was from the OH dept. of commerce. She said my complaint was forwarded to their office and they cannot help with internet loans. I asked why just last week they helped with One Step Cash and she said she had no idea. She said they cannot regulate the internet lenders. She recommended I contact the FTC. Talk about ruining a semi-good day. Now I will never get UCL or any of these other places off my butt since the AG won't help.

All I need to do is borrow about 5,000.00 to pay off a 1,000.00 cell phone bill my daughter ran up and other bills Im behind on and still have enough to put down an apartment because I cant afford the rent Im paying now. Any advice? Thank you.

we wrote a couple bad checks to the place where you gamble (for some reason it won't let me post the "c" word) and now them have been sold to certegy. we plan on paying as many of these checks as we can before we file chapter 7 in may. can these be included in the bankruptcy if we can't pay off all of them? or will we be arrested for bad check writing?

Hi, I am fairly new at this so I have a question. Can I send a cease and desist letter to a P.O. Box via certified mail return receipt? A collection agency has contacted me through mail and they only have a P.O. Box listed as their address. Thanks!
