Can you ask a ppl to forward an account to collections before it is deposited to avoid nsf fees if you know it won't clear?

Hello: Does anyone have a phone number and address for this company? I've paid them more than double on a $500 loan and enough is enough.

If T&C does, should I call them first and get the paperwork going before I go into default later this week? And does Ohio have any laws or rules stating that storefront pdls cannot be put into a debt consolidation? Please, anyone who is using T&C debt consolidation services, if you could give any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am dealing with a collection agency that is a real headache. First of all, they will not give me the info I requested regarding debt validation. Rep stated that I misunderstood the definition of debt validation. He stated that the validation is the invoice sent to me with the amount owed on a sheet of paper from the collection agency. He also stated that if I wanted a detailed history acct., that I'd have to request it myself from the original creditor. I know that's not true. When I spoke to this rep the 1st time, he offered a settlement of 50%.

Hello, I don't know what to do. In dec of 2005 I was granted Chapter in dec. 2005. Yesterday I reveived A letter from an collection agency on a debt they say I own. I have never had a credit card with this company. So I started looking into the agency and I was able to find out they are doing this to alot of people. I assume bought my debt from another company. The date on the letter is feb. 20 and I just got the letter. It has no acct. number. They have given me 4 days. What should I do first. Please help. Cara

I have about 9000 in debt and but one particular account is charging me 30% interest for 6 yrs now since I closed it. I would like to know if I can pay off all my accounts besides refinancing. I have a good job with an income of 50k a year.

Dear sirs, I had excellent credit history until I was deported. Now I want to reestablish my good credit history, and need an answer - CAN a credit company issue a credit card to a non-resident or non-citizen of USA? Where can I find legal info to print out? Many thanks
