hi guys, It seems as though things just keep getting worse. We got behind on our mortgage, and we were worried that out mortgage company might forclose on us. We contacted a company called Southern Residential. we were told on Monday that they had talked to our mortgage company and that they were on board and willing to work with us. That is what southern Residential does, they help pople get caught up on there mortgages. Well, this all took place on Monday. We got served with Trustees notice of Sale papers today.Is there any thing we can do to stop this? Do we have any options open to us.

You see it all the time. Someone gets a call from a number they don't recognize, and they don't answer the the calls or want to call back. People to turn to forums (this one and others) to try and figure out who's calling them so they can figure out how to handle the situation. Obviously, the easiest way to figure out who's calling is to answer the calls. Many people, my self included, don't answer calls from restricted or unfamiliar numbers and don't return the calls if they don't bother to leave a message.

Hello everyone. I know it has been a long time since I have posted or even been very active in the community. The past several months have been kinda rough, but things are finally starting to look up some what. I really have missed the community here, and while I have checked in occasionally, I haven't really been able to be as active as I have been in the past. I will try and do better now that things are getting back to normal again. My wife still has not found any full time employment, but has secured a part time position which pays quite a bit less than she previously made.

Hi, I live in PA and I have been going through some VERY tough times. I though payday loans would be the answer and now I've fallen onto worse tough times because of them. I'm so stressed about it that it's making me sick. I need to consolidate my payday loans and I don't know of anywhere that will because they are internet payday loans. Can anyone help? i have loans through. Cashnet USA, Zipcash, Payday Ok, GFSIL, Payday2go, Paycheck today, and probably others. Some of them my mom even took out to help me and now I've screwed her up too. I really need help and don't know where to turn.

hi.. i wrote a bad check out to subway then it got turned over to como law firm.. i included this into my plan with t&c.. como law firm mailed me papers this week saying there about to garnish my wages.. i got no notice of hearing or nothing.. what should i do?
