I never remembered taking out a loan with VIP loans. They keep calling me from different numbers and saying I’m going to court anything I can do. They emailed me a letter and they have all my old information. I’ve paid every payday loan I had. Any help

Hi. I am late on my payday loans by 10 days. I contacted a PDL company called paydayloanrelief. They sent me forms to fill out, but something in my gut is hesitating not to send in the paperwork. Please help me. They are asking for almost $1,000 in a designated account that will automatically be drafted every month. Meanwhile collection companies are calling my job, threatening to garnish my wages. I do not want to lose my job right now, especially since I am up for a promotion. Any suggestion you can give me regarding this would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

I am trying to get help with a summons on a court date from a collection acct. i have send a debt validation letter to the CA by certified mail, but do i need to sent this to the court house as well? Do i need a form for the court house, and if so what is it called, and were can i get the form? Thanks

I had taken help of a debt settlement program and paid off a porion of my debts. But, my financial condition has improved and now I can repay the remainign debts in full. What to do. Can I leave the program midway? What will be the consequences? Will it be helpful if I pay remaining debts in full?

Is Mobiloans licensed in Alabama? Have a line of credit with them. Borrowed 300, 200, 150, 90, etc totalling a little over a thousand. If my calculations are correct I have paid back over 3000 since April of 2018. Stopped ach and put stop payment at bank. Wanted to send a sample letter found on forums here but am unsure of Alabama law regarding tribal internet loans. Any help is appreciated.

i am from the state texas and i had two pay day loans with different companies. i left signed checks on both; once i got a call at my place of employment some guy saying i was going to go to jail for a bad ck. now is that true? another concern of mine is that one of these companies that had ck dated nov 2017 just recently cashed the ck leaving my bank acct over drawn. is that legal and why would they take so long to cash? please help i am gonna need a student loan so i do have intentions to pay these companies pretty soon.

I want to know if all payday loans have the same rules, then when it come to not being able to pay back on time, I know some has extended payment plans and some say that they don't unless the check is returned from your bank
