I'm trying to find ways to improve my credit score. I'm always looking towards the future in terms of where I will be. There are a few setbacks though. My mother signed me up for two free phones with a required plan under my name because at the time I was a clean slate with no credit at all to my name. It was ok for a while though after a few months things happened that caused the payments to stop and now I have almost a $900 fee against me. I really want good credit and I know I can probably save up to actually bring this payment down a bit but this might take a long while.

the call says it is to collect but i dont know who it is. They have been calling twice day even on Sunday. I havent answered since it only has a number and no name on caller id.

Hi, I have $8000.00 in debt and a past discharged bankruptcy. Two years ago i got married and picked up some expenses different credit cards and all these intrest charges on my monthly payment is eating my lunch and i never get ahead. I am behind in all my bills. I live in a apartment and i do not own a house. I make $46,000.00 a year but i really dont know how to manage my money...i guess this present situation is a biggest proof. Honestly! Do i really have a chance to get out of these debts ?

:oops: We got involved with payday loans several months ago. I am not sure how i can get out of all the mess we are in. I took a loan out for 3 of the 7 places. The worst is cash call. I have one for $2600 and so does my husband. We pay $400 a month and only $15.00 hits the principal. The other 2 are from the loan shop and nationwide cash-they take $90 for each every 2 weeks....So $760 comes out per month. Not sure what i can do-wish i could just pay loan amount. Wish I hadnt done it but was desperate! I live in up of michigan-anybody know the laws here and what i can do??
