How do I invest wisely after financial freedom and try to play catch up at my old age?

Has anyone noticed that it is kinda quiet on the forum??

Okay, two months after I initially requested a dv letter, with a follow up letter, I received debt validation from a CA today. The letter kind of cracked me up because it was typed in all caps. Are they trying to yell at me on paper? :roll: Seconcly, I cannot read anything they sent me as far as the dv goes. It looks like a bunch of copied print screens from the original creditor. They were very poorly copied and I honestly can't read them. Thirdly, the amounts don't much even though he states that they do. I have made a payment to the original creditor which they cashed.

I apologize for the length of this post, but I wanted to be sure to provide all the necessary information. I recently received a letter from National Enterprise Systems about a debt I've been paying off through a debt consolidation program. I've been paying it for 5 years and the original creditor has yet to reject a payment. The letter stated they were now in possession of the debt.

I acctually came to this site after a horrid experience with Legal Mediation Practice about a Pay Day Loan that I had to default on because of the endless cycle I was in. These businesses that supply pay day loans are evil. Like everyone else I thought it was a quick fix and only for a short time. In April it will be a year of this cycle and I can't do it anymore and refuse to. I have signed up for the consultation and can't wait until I am completly debt free! :( Please do not allow this Belford High School online to keep ripping people off! They just ripped me off and many others as well! I to was SCAMMED by Belford High School diploma online by the tune of $249.00 I PAID FOR IT WITH A DEBIT CARD. The college I was gonna use this fake (diploma) at informed me that Belford High School in Humble, TX was not a real school and I had just been scammed. I called Belford High school and talk to a worm by the name (Frank) hmmmm..... Frank always was the one who would answer the phone when I had a question at Belford High School...go figure!

Most of my debt has already gone to collections and totals $10,000. My goal is to have this total amount paid off in three years. I can afford to pay around $300 per month. How can you guys help?
