I am 19 now, at age 18 i racked up some credit card debts from Chase and Capital One (which i always paid on time), got a contract with Alltel wireless (which was always paid on time), and a small loan from a local State Finance (which is always payed on time too).

I need some help getting ahold of these shady lenders. Anyone know how to get ahold of Power Funding or Fast Cash 500??

What can I do about these phone calls? I do not know who allied interstate is. I owe no bills, as I pay my credit cards off monthly.

I was talking to my girlfriend last night and shes trying to pay off a medical bill she got "stuck" with after her divorce. She's asking the CA to validate the debt. They are refusing. She knows that the debt is there but doesnt know the exact balance. They will NOT help her at all. If a CA REFUSES to validate the debt is it still valid even though you know it's there but not accurate? This does apply to all/most of all accounts in collections? I told her I would ask this wonderful forum :D

How do I know that I'm blacklisted?

I am the compliance officer at Hess Kennedy Company. I have been reading some of these posts, and it looks like i am on the hot seat. I am arriving late, so help me catch up. What is the biggest issue I can help with. I read some posts about trying to get through by telephone, being put on hold, or even being hung up on. More alarming i read a post about requesting a refund and not receiving it. This is troublesome. This is unnacceptable and will not be tolerated. All Hess Kennedy Employees are required to give their name before they begin speaking.

Hi, I keep getting calls at work from ameriloan re my PDL, which hopefully should have settlement offers from Langhorne next week, after I fax over my savings account statement. Langhorne has called them repeatedly for me and I finally faxed over something today per Ameriloan's instructions, requesting in writing that they stop this, take me out of the dialer and go thru Langhorne. I hope this works--b/c I pity the collector who calls me tomorrow!
