When I first came here and joined, I was counseled by CCCA, and they restored my hope. Only for me to end up with doubts over who would be handling my account. I don't know Mr. Brennan personally, and I can understand how your name can get wrapped up in company crap that you personally had nothing to do with. Chances are Brennan is an okay attorney, and just got caught up in some deep crap; But it appears as if I don't have any other avenues to go down. Kentucky has laws prohibiting Town and Country from being able to take me on as a client, that definetly bites.

I recently paid off a bounced check. When setting up the payment, I inquired about the length of time it would take to clear with the company. No definitive answer was given. So my question is how long it takes for the company to aknowledge the check has been paid and to remove my name from the check tracking company? Should I call the company? Sorry if these aren't the right terms.

I have few items listed on my credit report that i am quite sure are mine. I would like to get ride of them and pay them. Should i still send a letter requesting validation of these debts even though i feel sure that they are mine? Should ALL correspondence be done by cert mail?

These are the companies that are giving my financial information to my employer.How can I stop them from doing this. I tried calling them and they told me that they could talk to anyone about my finances. I am in Florida and need to know if they are licensed.

Hello everyone, I have a problem i would like some advice on. I used to be a student in the USA. During that time i got several credit cards (9 to be exact). The problem was i had to pay off part of my tuition with them. So, even though i worked for a year i couldn't pay them off. So, bottom line is I went back to my home country and now i am wondering how this will affect my credit rating in Japan. Would they be able to sue me in Japan?

First I must admit that my financial situation is truely my fault. I take full responsibility for getting into the mess that I'm in. Right now I have a total of $1500 in cash advance loans out. Every two weeks I pay approx. $200 in fees. As of today, I am considering bankruptcy, because I can no longer keep up. My more important bills (i.e. mortgage, utility, etc) are getting neglected because I have focused so much on making sure I get each check "rolled over" every time I get paid.
