In the following thread which is locked, Jeff Foster of Global Financial made several references to my name and personal info. He also posted information about my "debt," most of which is false. This jerk had the nerve to call me last week and say that if I don't pay my bill he will continue to post all my personal data. It looks like the moderators of this board have been gracious enough to remove all my persona information. I tried to go through all 11 pages. I just want to make sure it is all gone. This is obviously very serious.

I am currently in a very tough situation. My paycheck is not enough to cover the bills my family and I have. My phone rings constantly and I do not answer because I know it is a creditor and I don't have any money to give them. I am just frustrated because there is not enough money to cover everything.

Can you tell me which pdl is Tremont Financial?

If there is a civil judgement against an applicant is this for an eviction from a property or would this be for an outstanding bill through a phone company?

I recieved a call from National credit Adjusters in Kansas. The first thing they told me was that they bought my account from a creditor and now they own the account and i need to pay or they will sue me and put a lien on my house and car and garnish my paycheck. I told them that i will send you payments using money order or through western union, they refused and they demanded my bank acount information and they will withdraw the money.

I got a letter from a lawyer representing, Midland Funding, LLC (who ever they are)who is trying to take me to court! Seems that a VISA with FCNB that took a settlement payment from me in '02 has come back to haunt me...they are now trying to sue me over the unpaid settlement balance.....Is Midland Funding a "real" company? What are my recourses? Appreciate any help....

I live in the state of washington and just received a collections notice for a phone bill that I didnt recogize. I asked about it and found it it was for a verizon account when I lived in Californina dating 1994. At least they are telling me that it is mine. Do I have to dig up information from back then and see if I can dispute it or not or has the statue of limitations run out on this. I moved to Washington in Dec of 1995 and hadnt heard anything about this until now.

I have been reading several past posts about this company....They sound like a real BAD company to deal with. I DO have a loan with them for 150.00. I have paid the 59.00 fee for months now. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to let them know that I do believe I have paid MORE then enough of the origial loan and would like to see if they will let me send in a Money Order. I was told when I got the loan that this call was recorded. Can they use that against me? Tuesday they are going to take out 59.00 fee. I dont have the extra money to do that.

I have 2 credit cards but i want to make one payment insead of 2. I also want smaller payments.
