I received a call for a debt consolidation from 386-756-0771....does anyone know if this is a legitamate company?

I am trying to reply to Rhonda Jacobs but it will not let me...why is this? I am trying to tell her that the same person that is harassing her from Nationwide has repeatedly threatened me and yelled at me including threatening that I will be arrested at work in fifteen minutes and that I will lose my job. They refuse to give me anything in writing that states what I owe. I changed my account number because they illegally withdrew 390 dollars. Since then they used a detective to find my new account number and then stole 970 from my bank account.

I have posted an article in my blog and I actully need your comments there. It's all about payday lending. Responsibility rests with whom?

What is the divorce rate in US? Is debt a responsible factor for divorce? What are the major factors for an increasing divorce rate?

I have a lot of debts, and I would like to pay them all off, like get a loan to pay them all off, then just pay that one loan off, so I'm not paying to 20 different places, just one. I know I could do this, I am just worried because I know now that my credit might not be so good. So I want to know if there is somewhere where they will help me out with this. Thanks-Bryan

got a pdl with venturezur since 2004 I asked if I could paydown on the loan they told me no that I had to pay the fee plust the principal, so far they have collected $3600.00 I am going to the bank and stop the ach debit from them.do you know or does anyone know if they threaten with jail? Florida

well we went through bankruptsy last year but there was bills that we couldn't file on because we would lose our car... now we ran into some really really hard times and found ourselves borrowing to pay on one bill we're getting tired of doing that and we have realized that we have to get our lives in order. we could go chapter 13 bankrupt but thats just accepting defet again so we don't want to do that. we want to pay for our bills and this is the only way we know how to please help us

Apparently some people on the forum think that I am giving bad advice to contact your Attorney Generals office. In the state that I reside in the Attorney General does want your complaints. In every newspaper article that is published at the bottom of the page it says if you have been a victim send in the complaints. I will never in good conscience tell people not to contact Attorney General because I have seen the actions that can be taken by their office. I have the proof!!!! to back this up.
