I just received a call from someone saying he was from Calvary. He then said he had not gotten a response from something he had mailed me, read off my address and then asked if it was current. I asked what it was he said he sent me, but he would not answer until i said yes, that is my current address. Then he kept trying to talk, mentioned the last 4 of my social. And i kept trying to ask him where he was calling from and what he was calling regarding. He chastised me for interrupting.

I have a Law firm representing LVNV Funding.They have contacted me for a settlement on an old sears debt.They want to debit the monthy payment amount from my checking account.I have written the state attorney General to see if this is Legal.Has anyone done this ? I have an alterative solution.What if they refuse this solution,can they file suit stating that I refused to pay the debt?

Has anyone had this problem, I have tons to do but can't concentrate. I did something stupid on Saturday, kissed one of my best friends, he initated but I kissed back, now I am trying to get the courage to call him and find out what it meant to him and how this is going to affect our friendship... Any advice out there for me? I'm going crazy probably making this out to be worse than it is but it is bothering me.

I have lotsa credit cards and everything is overdue for the past 5 months. I have got a job which pays me enough to pay bak these cards but i do not know where to start from. I have like a minimum of 400 bux of 6 - 7 cards. I can pay one at a time but do not know where to start with. Coz if i pay one others would go an extra month without payment. Any advice would help.
