It all started in dec.8,2002 i fell at my previous job and fractured my hip.i was out of work for three to four Months.no money living off my boyfriends parents.it was horrible.i was serious thing about bankcrupcy.but amazingly i found this site.i need to get finacialy stabble again i am broke.i am trying to pay these off but it seams like i can never get to that point.i just need good advice on how to get this debt paid as soon as possible. I had called to get my initial consultation, but I'm guessing I missed their callback. I called back and the man gave me this number to call right away - no consultation or anything. It was for Coleman Law office. Being Saturday when I did this, I had to leave a message. In doing research on this website, I'm reading great and marvelous things from Langhorne Law. Taking initiative, I went ahead and submitted an online request for a consultation. I'm hoping this was ok. Was I supposed to be referred to Langhorne Law through this program, or can I do it myself?

I am having problems with a credit card account that is in my name; my wife is listed as an "authorized user" on her credit report. Can the credit card company come after her if I have to default on this account?

Well, I hope I am doing this correctly. Here is my story. I went on maternity leave and even with the paid time off I had it just wasnt enough. So I got a pay day loan. Several months later I got 4 more than 2 weeks later 2 more. So total I had 9 and thats store pay day loans. Then I had bright idea that I would get IN payday loans to repay my store pdl. well that didnt help and within 2 weeks a managed to get 8 more IN pay loans. I am about to start paying my store pdl, well making arrangments.

I am so psyched that I have found this site. I live in Wyoming and have Internet and Store front loans. I don't know whether I should request they be marked paid or make arrangements. I know that my loans w/Aeroadvance, PaydayOK, Payday1, Paydayselect and Apple have violated my states laws because the have automatically refinanced. I would like to hear from people that have made arrangements. Did they freeze your account or keep adding charges?

Well I'm finding out what a fool i really am. We entered what we thought was an agreement with the Hospitals lawyer. to pay 100. per month which we have well the lawyer got greedy and wanted more so he said we were behind and filed a paper to have the agreement dismised we the judge read our answer and said NO the are current. (Denied) well 7 days later the lawyer took all of our money in ur bank account which we have been saving forever. Can he really do this or can we fight back Or what do we do next????? PLEASE HELP US
