I just got through downloading my last 6 month of bank transactions onto an Excel spreadsheet and added all the credits and debits related to the payday loans. Final total....Drum roll please....NEGATIVE-$20,518 :oops: How oh how I wish I had found this forum sooner. Mind you I have been in the payday loan trap for 2 years, but only this deep for the past 6 months. I could have paid off my car with that money. I just want to kill myself.

I downloaded an Excel Spreadsheet off my bank website of my last 6 months transactions. As we all know, some of these lenders go under different names so I am trying to play connect the dots. I can only find 2 transactions under Nationwide, but a ton under Ambassador. Are they the same?

What can a i do, i owe money to the irs? (large amount) i have tried to get them to accept a payment of $500 monthly but they keep refusing this. I received a judgement against me from court where Palisades took me to court but never notified me. A judgement was filed against me for not showing up for court. I filed an appeal, but it was denied. Palisades lied and said that they had me served, but they didn't. Now the court has ruled against me. Is there anything else that I can do?
