I'm preparing to file Chapter 7 (pro se) and I have a question as it regards Unexpired leases: I share a lease with my roommates and I wish to continue to "assume" the lease after my discharge (hopefully!) When filling out the form how I do indicate that I wish to continue assuming the lease? Will this also come up in my 341 meeting with the trustee?
