So you guys are trying to shut down these loaning company. But what is the problem we deal with more then 10.5 million dollars a month in loans now for the few of yous have problems move on get over it or only going to drive ur slefs crazy over it. Now think there are about over 500 people that you guys are trying to put out of jobs and you will never completly shut us down. Alright now get over your problems move on to other loaning companys. Now just remember to pay your loans back cause you arn't going to be able to shut down every payday loaning company. Also pay back Sonic payday.

I just found out today from T&C that Ten Dollar Payday will accept my payment from them each month but that will not stop them from pursuing any further legal action. T&C informed me of this today after being with them for two months. The young lady at T&C recommended that I contact Ten Dollar and make payment arrangements because a lady named Ms. Jones told her that they would only accept half one month and half the other month (which the fees are now $660.00. Ten Dollar has already turned me over to the law office with a man named Jay Rodriguez.

I am on disablity and I owe around 700 and some change. Well anyway I only get 603.00 a month and I am paying Franklin Collection what I can. Sometimes 50.00 and sometimes 100.00 yet they keep calling me and threating to take it to the next level. I am so terrified they are going to take me to court or something. I have heard that as long as I am paying something they really can not do anything. Do any of you know anything about this and also they are getting more threating and rude on the phone. thanks

It looks like I have gotten inot this online payday advanced problem too. I was surfing the net, trying to find an address for GFSIL and I happend on to this web site. I am somewhat scared. It looks like I am one step ahead of some of you, in that I just closed my bank account last week and opened a new one because I have direct deposit. The phone calls and emails have started to come in. I guess I am looking for guidance on how to handle this nightmare. I tried asking for a payment plan from GFSIL and they still want to charge me to refinance the loan until I can pay it off.

Hi, I am from Maryland. I recently got rather sick and was out of work for a little while. (bad cold) Well those couple of weeks really put me in the hole, so I applied for a few pay day loans, rent and my daughters school tuition were due, grocery etc etc. So anyway I got loans with (Route 66- I know the horror) USA Cash, Arrowhead, and a couple more. I got small amounts (less than $200 from each company.) I think USA gave me 300. Anyway, I kep getting random charges $80 here, $30 there on my checking account, so I did some searching and found you guys.

I need some advice, I don't know what to do.... I put my CC account with Bank of America in a debt settlement plan with Superior Debt Services. BOA finally turned the acct. over to collections. They claim they contacted Superior and offered a couple of settlements, and Superior told them I was aware of the settlements and was trying to come up with the money. I haven't heard anything about this, and I just started with the settlement program, so there's hardly anything in the acct.

Hello my husband has passed away and he had 2 payday loans out there. We were paying on them but now that he is gone i have no income and can't afford to pay them. I contacted 500fastcash with no help. They did nothing for me. Just told me that since the loan was in hubbys name they can't give me any info or settle the loan. They even tried to take the full amount from my bank account the very next day. But returned for insufficent funds. So what do I do? Please help?
